Return/Exchange Policy

At Cade Christian, we want you to be 100% satisfied!

Returns and exchanges are valid 45 days from the date originally purchased.
Simply call us at 714.374.8183 or fill out the 'Contact Us' form to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

On the form, please include the following information

• Full Name
• Complete Shipping Address
• Item (s) Purchased
• Indicate if you would like to return the item for a full refund or exchange it for another item.

You will receive an email with your RMA number within 48 hours of your initial request. Please print a copy of the email and enclose it with your return to:

Returns will be credited to the card used on the initial purchase, less initial $3 shipping fee. The return will show on your credit card statement depending on your account billing cycle.

Exchanges will be mailed out within 48-72 hours of receiving return.

Sorry, shipping return and exchange fees are your responsibility. Please be sure to track your package from your place to ours in order to receive a full refund or exchange.
